Ergo Line AC4 + H6
Ergo Line Combo AC4 + H6 is a box with stacked cabinets for cold and hot holding. This allows you to distribute food at the perfect temperature with modest space requirements. The hot holding cabinet is heated statically up to +90°C. The cabinet for active cooling can be preset down to +3°C. Infinitely variable temperature setting is performed via digital displays. LED-lights indicate when the selected temperatures have been reached. Ergonomic push/pull handles on the back of the box ensure easy and safe operation. Convection heating and compressor cooling are offered as options.
Ergo Line Combo AC4 + H6 is manufactured with ScanBox unique Temp-Stop technology. This maximizes the insulation capacity while minimizing the energy consumption. Detachable racks allow for easy cleaning. Racks with integrated air gaps generate free air circulation inside the box for an even temperature distribution.
